Tuesday 7am-4:30 pm
Wednesday 7am-3:30 pm
Thursday 7am-3:30 pm
Friday 7am-2:30 pm
We request that you call our office if you are late,
or need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. At times unexpected
urgent medical problems occur that may increase your waiting time.
We will keep you informed of this. If this presents an inconvenience,
please allow us to reschedule you.
Telephone Calls
Refills and medical questions should be directed to the appropriate
nurses voicemail. Messages will be answered as promptly
as possible, typically by the end of the business day. If you
have not heard from our office within 24 hours, then please call
our receptionist and inform her.
If you need an appointment, please press "1"
for an appointment operator. Please DO NOT leave a message
for a nurse to make an appointment for you. If you need to talk
to a person, press "1" at any time.
If any phone message is of an emergency nature,
please dial 911.
After Hours, Weekends and Holidays
Our answering service will take a brief description of your problem
and will relay the information to the on call physician.
Please reserve your evening and night calls for emergencies only.
Billing and Payment
Payment is expected at the time the services are rendered. Payment
must be made by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.
Comprehensive Physical Exams
Please fast for the 12 hours prior to your appointment. You may
drink water as desired. Complete the written medical history and
review of systems form prior to your visit or come 30 minutes
before the scheduled time to do so. Please bring a list of your
medicines and their dosages, including any vitamins or supplements.
Treadmill
Do not eat a large meal prior to the procedure. Take your medication
the day of the procedure unless instructed by your physician.
Wear comfortable walking shoes and please do not wear an under
wire bra.
Routine Visits
Please bring a list of your medications and dosages the day of
your visit. Please let us know which problems you want to discuss
with the Physician or P.A. If you feel your problem is complex,
or you have several problems to discuss, please request a 30-minute
visit when you schedule the appointment. If your visit is scheduled
for 15-minutes, we will not be able to address a complex problem
fully, and will need to schedule a longer visit.
